About ADVEO

ADVEO is the largest office products wholesaler in Europe and ranks as number 3 in the world, following the acquisition of Adimpo, an electronic office supplies wholesaler in 2009, specialized in ink and toner cartridges, and the acquisition of the Continental Europe business of Spicers (concluded in December, 2011) a traditional office supplies products player.

Thanks to this union, in just four years ADVEO has managed to multiply its revenues by 6 and EBITDA by 4, internationalize its business by increasing its sales abroad, strengthen its presence in Europe through its solid infrastructure in 8 countries of the European Union and balance its portfolio of products and services to become the only company to provide a joint offer of traditional office products, consumables and computer products. This has converted ADVEO into one of the leading companies in its sector in Europe, with sales which are 2.5 times higher than its nearest competitor.

In 2012, ADVEO had 1.798 employees, obtained Total Revenues of €1,143 million and EBITDA of €48 million, generated through more than 30,000 clients in Europe. ADVEO manages more than 190,000 SKUs and in 2012 it served 3.8 million orders across Europe.
